Drainage pipe vacuumed, anti-bacterial solution and pressure water jet. Non-dismantle or dismantle.
Gas top-up
R22 and R410A, only after checking the refrigerant level and outdoor unit confirms a top-up is needed.
Troubleshooting & repair
Power supply, breakers, PCB, relay switches and outdoor electricals checked.
Installation
BCA-certified installation for all major brands (e.g. Mitsubishi, Daikin, Haier, LG), with a site survey first.
Annual contracts
4 services a year with reminders sent when your next service is due.

No. Units are checked first and a chemical wash is only recommended where it’s needed.
